Vinay Joshi - CEO and Founder

Vinay Joshi is CEO and Founder of Suvichar Technologies Pvt. Ltd. Vinay is responsible for day today operation as well as strategic planning. Vinay has 20 years of diversified IT experience across US, Europe and Asia. He has worked for several Fortune 500 organizations including Chase Manhattan Bank, Fleet Bank, National West Minister Bank, NASDAQ, New Zealand Stock Exchange, TCS, Syntel, L&T Infotech, government agencies and technology start-ups. He has expertise in delivery, architecture, quality, training, expert systems, technology forecasting and business consulting. He has contributed to software engineering by proposing new techniques and methodologies. He was instrumental in setting up offshore development centers for global companies in India. He has handled many multi-million client accounts. His current areas of interest are consulting in the area of strategy, off shoring, large program management, change management, SaaS and Web 2.0.

Vinay has strong technical and management background. Vinay is MS in Computer Science from BITS Pilani, India. He completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer engineering from Walchand Institute of Technology. He has done Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management from Welingkar Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai. Vinay completed his Advanced Programme in Management from Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, India.

Vinay is known for his strong business ethics and client orientation. During his spare time, you would find him either playing Tennis, Table Tennis or writing some interesting blogs on various topics.

Archana Joshi - Founder and Director

Archana Joshi is a Founder and Director at Suvichar Technologies. She is responsible for HR and Admin. She has experience of around 10 years in various organizations in India and US. She started her career with Cropmton Greaves as Design Executive. After working for several years, she had taken a break from her career to spend time with kids. She has just returned to back to professional life after a gap of several years.

Archana is Bachelor in Engineering in Electronics and Telecommunication from Mumbai University. She has keen interest in reading, cooking and child psychology. During her spare time, you would find her spending time working with or raising money for various NGOs in India.
